StraightLine is built around team-based account management, not sales-rep brokerage. Members are supported by the people coordinating preferences, itineraries, sourcing, diligence, and disruption support. The account does not depend on one person.

Tom founded Exclusive Resorts and helped define the dedicated-team service model in high-end travel. StraightLine applies that standard to private aviation: personal service, preserved deposits, and a structure built to favor the member relationship.
